The Mid Sussex Martial Arts School (Tenshin Kan Dojo UK DNBK ID) is a traditional 'mixed' Martial Arts Centre which was established in the 1980's. All training takes place in our highly traditional, permanent & dedicated Dojo just outside Haywards Heath, with ample free 'on site' car parking. The school operates a not-for-profit basis.

Mushin Karate Club

Reiwaryu Ryushinkan Karate Do

Karate classes learning: Jumbiundo (warm up meditation and stretching), Kihon (kicks, punching and blocking), Zenshin Kotei (combinations of movement), Kata (memorising and performing aranged forms), Kumite (free sparing), Yaksuko Kumite (sparing with a partner), Goshin Jitsu (grabbing and attacking with a partner), and more... Gradings held frequently throughout the year with bi-annual training camps in March, August and September plus a competition in February. The truly committed are even given the chance to tain in Japan! All with instructors who have undergone rigorous training for at least 6 years and are very highly trained. Traditional Karate is suitable for all no matter what your age, experience or physical condition. Learn new skills, make new friends, come and join in!
